Is self tanning safe when pregnant? I want to be tan at the baby shower, so I’m wondering if there’s any safe self tanners out there. Or another recommended tanning option!

I stuck with shade, sunscreen, and a big hat because my skin went weirdly sensitive. For a bit of color, I leaned on sunless options instead. I even used the best tanning nasal spray before pregnancy and liked how it fit into my routine without needing long sun sessions, but while pregnant I just kept it simple with topical self-tanners and short, cool outdoor time.
